  • Role based search results filtering
    • Dragan initiated the discussion about the role-based search results filtering PR and the need for more reviewers for this PR. They also encouraged anyone willing to assist in the reviewing, testing, or documentation validation processes. Dragan mentioned the need to publish release candidates and sought help for this process. William accepted to review this PR.

    •  Ivan agreed to review the pull request, with Benjamin and Michel offering assistance with validation of labels. Dragan will contact Salm and Anna to help with Portuguese and Spanish labels. 


  • I forgot my password
    • Should be aligned with the captcha pull request.
    • The team discussed the possibility of implementing an automated system that sends a notification to an administrator when a user requests a password reset. The idea of having this feature as an option was also raised, with the possibility of administrators being able to approve or reject the password reset. The team concluded that this feature could be implemented as an additional convenience, but it should not be a blocking issue for the main feature. They decided to add a new property that allows an email to be sent to an administrator when a user requests a password reset.                                 


  • Responsive Wilma theme
    • There were some issues reported by Georgy. Milos will fix that and open new PR.


  • Audit tool
    • Milos reviewed the audit tool and provided some suggestions, Georgy improved the PR in accordance with Milos’s suggestions. Miloš should review improved PR again and approve the changes or request new changes.


  • Hiding (organization) profile pages
    • The team also talked about making certain profiles private. Georgy proposed creating several policies to regulate the display of individual profiles, including policies for user roles and self-editors.

  • Christmas break
    • Probably meetings on 26th of December and 2nd of January will NOT be organized
