Responsive Wilma theme

Dragan reviewed this PR, everything looks ok. Dragan will suggest to the committers team to validate responsiveness of wilma theme as part of testing release candidate. It means someone will test standard features by using mobile device screen size.

Planning for VIVO 1.16.0

Dragan was occupied with reviewing open PR. Hopefully, Dragan will have time to work on planning for VIVO 1.16.0 in the next week. 

Brock University in Canada

Brock University expressed interest in VIVO. It might be that someone from this university joined our weekly calls.

Chile 

Carlos Soto reported the issue with installation of VIVO. It should be installed for the needs of a university in Chile. Carlos shared the screen and the team found some issues in the installation process. Carlos will work further on the installation and be back next week to report the progress.
