Ability to edit grant info

User types involved
Narrative User Story (for sharing/review/voting)
As a user, for a grant that I am listed as the PI for (or if I am the proxy for a PI), I should be able to edit fields that are not primary identifiers (such as sponsor award id).
Background
Some of these fields which may need to be edited by a PI could include:
- Abstract
- Personnel
- Photo
- Geographic Focus
Faculty have requested this function so that a grant page can be a more complete picture of a grant, as systems of record may not always contain enough details about the science itself to make it useful.

Technical considerations
PIs should not need to explicitly be granted access to the grants; the system should automatically understand a "principal investigator role" relationship to allow this sort of editing.
Priority or staging considerations
This feature relates to many others about editing of objects, and may be duplicated or superseded by other work.
This should not involve a lot of development – more likely some careful thinking about what editing should be allowed, and what relationships convey the right to edit.
Providing support for editing other personnel on the grant would likely involve custom form work.
