can we put up something like the eagle-i ontology browser?
what’s been happening with eagle-i -- no funding but progressing through effort at OHSU and Harvard -- deriving an eagle-i application file out of the ISF
a mechanism is needed to update the Mireot files for dealing with imported ontologies

any plans for migration from Google code to GitHub -- we’ll be ready to start having other people contributing to the editing beyond Brian and Shahim
Google Code is Subversion underneath
some people have a learning curve with GitHub, but tools such as SourceTree are making it easier; Git has a very nice integrated documentation
