Governance
The purpose of VIVO governance is to establish principles and goals for the project, and to ensure a strategic direction and product roadmaproad map, accountability, a sustainability plan, a management decision framework, and a means of conducting operations.
Governance is based on a representative, community-based membership model incrementally rewarding members who have made the greatest commitments to the project.
