Content and Participation

The weekly implementation and development These weekly calls are open to anyone and provide a weekly regular opportunity to hear updates from developers technical VIVO community members working on the VIVO core open source project, as well as other implementing siteson VIVO implementations at numerous institutions. Calls typically last one hour, and focus on technical rather than policy issues but involve both implementation issues. They include web developers, back end programmers, site admins, and interested adopters interested in how VIVO works and where the development is heading.

Beginning in 2013 a series of additional special presentations on technical topics by people in the VIVO community and/or guest speakers will be scheduled either during the regular Thursday time slot or at other times that will be announced approximately one week in advance.
