The Sandbridge Realty Staff would like to welcome you to the beach! Check-in begins at our office, located at 581 Sandbridge Rd. Virginia Beach, VA 23456 promptly at 4:00 p.m.

Please remember it is EXTREMELY important that guests do NOT arrive at the property prior to 4 p.m. Undue delay can occur with your check-in if our housekeeping, inspection, and maintenance staff cannot gain adequate access to the property parking.

Bring a picture ID at the time of check-in. Renters must be at least 25 years of age.

LINENS, TOWELS, & BEDMAKING SERVICE ARE ALL INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY- PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS! Bed making does not include top bunks, trundles, or futons.

LATE ARRIVALS after 5 P.M.:
If you arrive at Sandbridge Realty after business hours, there is no need to worry or call. We will automatically place your Check-In Packet in our Late Arrivals Box, which is located in our 24-hour lobby. Simply open the Late Arrivals Box and take the package with your name on it.
A map with directions to the rental property and keys is provided with your check-in packet.

Pet Policy: Please keep in mind, if you have not rented a “Pet Friendly” home, pets are NOT ALLOWED.

Suggested items to bring to the rental property:
(Grocery stores are close by for shopping needs)
Toilet paper, paper towels, baby furnishings & equipment, all-purpose cleaner, hair dryer, bath soap/shampoo, dish & laundry detergent,
groceries & condiments, garbage bags, aluminum foil/plastic wrap, dish cloths or sponges.
