Florida – (Narayan) – biggest update is finalizing the move out of networking services at UF to the Amazon EC2 cloud – have development, test, and QA environments in the cloud already and are in the final stages of moving production. Will do an update to 1.3 and monitor how 1.4 is going elsewhere in production. Having instances on the cloud to spin off for others to use. (Chris) – migrate production on Friday. Right after the holidays will upgrade to 1.3 and make a 1.3 AMI (image) that will publicize. Mike Conlon has proposed a meeting to discuss (Eliza wants to join)
  4. Indiana – Chin Hua back from Washington; has map visualizat
  5. North Texas – putting bibtex in MySQL and using the MODS harvester to get data in RDF
    • questions about why we need a whole datatime resource – would like to have some tutorial
    • MODS harvesting needs the bibutils utility – done by Michael Barbieri, but if post the questions to the VIVO dev list or the IRC channel (James Pence might be the most likely person currently at UF)
  6. Stony Brook – doing some last minute changes based on high-level review of current site
  7. Weill Cornell – Eliza working on connection – have some author ids.
