Notes

Two new blocking issues which should be resolved before VIVO 1.14.0 RC 3  is announced. Milos Popovic will test RC 3 once when it is prepared. 

Dragan: Can we introduce time-based publishing releases? I have tried to define some roadmap (steps and deadlines for publishing release steps) at Release Plan - 1.15.0. There are cons and pros for time-based releases. Testing VIVO RCs and fixing revealed blocking bugs very often significantly delayed publishing a release. 

Georgy: We have a lack of contributors, therefore not sure this model will work.   

William: Is self-hosting of VIVO possible (for instance hosting at heroku)? Not at the moment, but it would be nice to enable that in the future.
