Notes

Backup of the cloud resources (github repository) should be set up. Dragan will investigate available options to be discussed at the next committers’ meeting. 

The list of committers should be consolidated. We need real reflection of available resources in the group of committers. The willingness to serve as committer should be checked for non-active committers by following the procedure described at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/VIVO/VIVO+Committer+Rights+and+Responsibilities#VIVOCommitterRightsandResponsibilities-EndofService. 

Georgy will reuse (and update) his slides for presentation of dynapi (20th of September) and will contact committers members back if some discussion is needed. 

Codestyle PR is improved in the section of organizing imports (suggested by Georgy). Dragan checked the wiki instructions (https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/VIVO/Code+Style+Guide) for setting up IntelliJ IDEA for formatting code, and it works. Georgy will update the wiki page for Eclipse instructions. 

The implementation of the “I forgot my password” feature might be assigned to Ivan Mrsulja or Milos Popovic. It looks like a nice onboarding task for new VIVO community members.  

Brian will review three big PRs (audit tool, ABAC, extended search). However, we need help in the reviewing process. We will try to include others community members in the reviewing process.
