Goals

  • Find and fix data inconsistencies in VIVO.

Description

Overtime inconsistencies will emerge in VIVO data. Data stewards need tools for finding those and workflows for fixing. 

Features

  • SPARQL queries are run sequentially out of the queries/ subdirectory. To add a new query, save it in a .rq file and it will be run automatically when the program is started.
