Darrell Gunter of Gunter Media Services is presenting his ideas for the "VIVO Community Involvement Program." Darrell is an adjunct facutly member at Seton Hall University. He put together a slideshow for us.
Darrell explained that every institution's goals are different, and it's important to get representatives from all aspects of the university, all populations that are involved. Looking at the critical path, key stakeholders must be involved for making the project a success. How will we measure success, what's a successful CIP? What are the communication tools to help implement and monitor the program? How will the plan be implemented – how do you make sure that you're working within your own institution's culture.
